設(shè)計時間：2011年
項目規(guī)模：總建筑面積約7萬平米，樓高24層。
項目特點：本項目為匯豐環(huán)球的數(shù)據(jù)處理中心，建筑外立面風(fēng)格融入其所處的金融C區(qū)周邊地段環(huán)境，造型以現(xiàn)代、簡潔作為建筑風(fēng)格，采用多種綠色環(huán)保的節(jié)能節(jié)材技術(shù)，成功營造出了一個“綠色、生態(tài)”的現(xiàn)代辦公空間。本項目已取得美國綠色建筑LEED金牌認證證書。
獲獎情況：
2010-2011年度廣東省優(yōu)秀工程咨詢成果二等獎
2013-2014佛山市南海區(qū)優(yōu)秀設(shè)計工程一等獎
